Human Resources Business Partner Role

The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical strategic role in all areas of HR, including organizational development, workforce planning, change management, employee relations, talent management, and cultural transformation to achieve high performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and facilitating effective communication between employees and management.
  • Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
  • Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
  • Support managers/employees in setting performance goals and guide them in providing feedback and coaching to employees.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the health and safety team to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Work with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Manufacturing/Plant HR role.
  • Strong ER/IR knowledge and application.
  • Understanding of labor laws.
  • Consulting and facilitation experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret in a business context.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
