About the Role:

This key role will serve as a strategic advisor to internal stakeholders, driving business outcomes through effective human capital management.

Main Responsibilities:
  • BUILD STRONG PARTNERSHIPS: Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to identify and address organizational needs.
  • DELIVER HR SOLUTIONS: Proactively develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business growth, enhance employee engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
  • LEAD HR PROJECTS: Manage complex projects that require coordination with multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and successful outcomes.
  • ANALYZE AND INTERPRET DATA: Utilize HR metrics to inform business decisions, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with employees, management, and other stakeholders, promoting transparency and trust throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • PROVEN TRACK RECORD: Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR leadership role, preferably within a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • STRATEGIC THINKING: Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
  • COLLABORATION SKILLS: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ADAPTABILITY: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines, while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
