- Build relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders, providing expert guidance to drive impact.
- Co-create and lead the HR agenda, working closely with leadership teams on HR solutions that align with business priorities.
- Ensure a balanced workforce through skill development, retention, and technology enablement.
- Develop leadership capacity and capability through internal and external talent sourcing.
- Foster an inclusive work environment by promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Clients partnering: experience working with and influencing business leaders effectively.
- Creative problem-solving: able to gather context and create solutions balancing business objectives with HR considerations.
- Project management: proven ability to plan and lead projects.
- Data analysis: confident in using data to communicate insights to senior stakeholders.
- Adaptability: able to drive decisions and actions in complex contexts.
