HR Business Partner Role

The role involves serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support company growth and organizational effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Design organizational structures for efficiency and growth.
  • Coach leaders in developing strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop HR strategies.
  • Implement organizational designs that enhance efficiency.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, employee relations, and performance management.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role. They must be fluent in English, possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and demonstrate expertise in organizational design, coaching, and talent analytics.

This position requires the ability to lead cross-functional projects, collaborate effectively with global teams, and drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and talent development.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in organizational design and coaching.
