Key Role: Strategic HR Advisor

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the planning and implementation of high-value human resources programs, practices, and procedures for people at all levels.

This integral role will guide our organization in creating excellent customer experiences for team members and leaders when reaching out to HR with questions and concerns. You will also provide HR support to various programs and processes, acting as a liaison between HR areas and our team (Team Member Service Desk).

Core Responsibilities:
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Provide strategic HR advice and counsel on matters including Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Ethics.
  • Support compensation, benefits, talent development, and connected workplace initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Fluent English and Portuguese language skills.
  • Proven experience in HR Generalist and Employee Relations roles.
