Strategic HR Partner Sought

We are seeking a results-driven and collaborative HR Business Partner to drive people strategies that align with business priorities. This role will partner closely with business leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster performance, engagement, and organizational effectiveness. As a trusted advisor, you will shape workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design, while supporting employees and leaders with effective HR solutions.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand strategic priorities and operational needs of the business.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives and company culture.
  • Partner with recruitment teams to ensure hiring processes meet business needs and expectations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees at all levels, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
  • Advise managers and employees on employee relations issues, performance management, and conflict resolution.
  • Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Implement performance management frameworks and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers in handling performance issues and career development for employees.
  • Lead talent reviews and support the identification of high-potential employees for development programs.
  • Support the organization's change management efforts to improve efficiency, agility, and employee engagement.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with strong experience in HR Generalist and/or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Experience in Insurance, Banking, or Financial Services is preferred.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with different stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of current and emerging trends in Employee Relations, Manpower Planning, and Organizational Development.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to summarize and present insights effectively.
