Job Title

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to manage research activities at sites participating in our clinical research projects. These projects predominantly involve registries and other types of non-interventional/observational studies.

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English and be able to work with little or no supervision. They should also possess superior organizational skills with attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can conduct study initiation visits (SIVs) and ensure compliance with obtaining informed consent, reporting potential safety-related events, and adhering to all applicable regulatory requirements.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage research activities at sites participating in our clinical research projects.
  • Identify potential sites to participate in the research effort and perform various study start-up activities.
  • Train sites to collect data properly and report any potential safety-related events.
  • Conduct study initiation visits (SIVs).
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate.
  • 4-year university degree or RN/BSN in Nursing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills in English.
  • Superior organizational skills with attention to details.
  • Ability to work with little or no supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CTMS, and EDC Systems.
