PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish and nurture robust relationships with both current and prospective clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements and delivering customized solutions.
  • Lead the complete sales process from identifying new business opportunities to finalizing agreements.
  • Evaluate client feedback and collaborate with the product development team to refine our service offerings.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adapting strategies as needed to meet objectives.
  • Foster and sustain strong, enduring customer relationships, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of client needs and high levels of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to pinpoint opportunities for account expansion and retention.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets for designated accounts.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitive dynamics.
  • Negotiate contracts with assistance from the Director of Client Services, aiming to optimize profitability.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations for various departments within client organizations.
  • Provide prompt and effective solutions that align with client requirements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service, Field Services, Software, and Data Science) to enhance the overall customer experience.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management and business development.
  • Demonstrated experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders across all organizational levels.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM) and MS Office, particularly MS Excel.
  • Experience in delivering client-centric solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Proven capability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Required QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficiency in Office 365 tools.
  • Experience in the mining sector or with mining supply companies is essential.
  • Technical proficiency with analytics tools and sales platforms.
  • Ability to comprehend and articulate technical concepts and develop solutions.
  • Willingness to travel to various customer mine sites.
  • Advanced proficiency in the English language is mandatory.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

This position is a remote role based in Brazil.
