HR Administrator Position

We are seeking a skilled HR Administrator to join our EMEA team in Romania. This role will provide key HR Administration Services and support to employees across Europe, Middle East and Africa regions.

  • Support major employee life cycle processes within data management teams.
  • Input, update and maintain all HR-related data in a timely manner.
  • Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population.
  • Maintain, manage and regularly audit electronic personnel files.

The ideal candidate will have experience in HR/HR Shared Service Center/similar roles and excellent communication skills, both written and spoken. Fluency in other EU languages is required.
