Installation Analysis Lead

The Installation Analysis Lead is a senior-level role that plays a pivotal part in driving business outcomes through effective analysis and problem-solving. This highly skilled professional will work independently to tackle complex issues and deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement analytical solutions to address installation-related challenges, utilizing expertise in design codes and project specifications.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of the business to recommend best practices and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
  • Communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders, including leadership and team members.

Leadership Responsibilities:

  • Direct a team of engineers as a lead, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Lead the development of discipline engineering designs, ensuring timely completion within budget and to a high standard.
  • Plan, organize, and direct all aspects of Discipline execution on assigned projects, including scope, deliverables, schedule, and manpower resources.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain close coordination with other departments to obtain input for discipline designs and drawings.
  • Interface with various stakeholders, including Planning, fabrication, Marine, and Project Management Teams, as required.
  • Document substantive communications and forward copies to relevant team members.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Naval Architecture, Civil/Structural/Mechanical Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 15-20 years of experience in oil and gas, predominantly performing construction and installation design.
