Remote Position for Fraud Prevention Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage card and transaction monitoring operations, preventing misappropriation and fraud.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in fraud prevention and team leadership, preferably in service companies or fintechs.

Strong knowledge of Fraud Prevention Operations, Card Operations, Acquiring, and digital fraud prevention solutions is required.

  • Manage real-time and static card and transaction monitoring to prevent fraud and misappropriation.
  • Improve fraud prevention indicators, aiming for greater efficiency in anti-fraud investments versus losses.
  • Lead talent development focusing on performance, quality, and continuous improvement.

Candidate must be able to analyze specific cases within SLA and clarify unrecognized transactions, chargebacks, non-compliant orders, etc.

Reporting fraud cases and action plans to local and global leadership is a key responsibility.

A strong understanding of market solutions to prevent fraud in transactional processes is necessary.

Suport Governance and Compliance departments in preparing defenses against fraud allegations.

Align with customers, establishments, and users on fraud-related topics.

Develop solutions and business rules to ensure transactional fraud prevention.

Required Skills:
  • At least 6 years of experience in fraud prevention and team leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of Fraud Prevention Operations, Card Operations, Acquiring, and digital fraud prevention solutions.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
