Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Fraud Analyst. This position involves managing Brazilian fraud requirements, ensuring regulatory compliance and overseeing the development and implementation of fraud prevention strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations related to Brazilian fraud requirements, meeting Brazil Bank regulatory commitments
  • Oversee risk management and commercial aspects involved in fraud prevention
  • Serve as key contact between Brazil and fraud group teams
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience working with financial institutions in fraud and financial crime
  • Understanding of key fraud typologies impacting financial institutions and control structures required to mitigate threats and reduce losses
  • Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working alongside commercial, analytical or technical teams
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, self-motivation and an enquiring mind
  • High degree of integrity and drive to succeed
  • Strong team ethos and ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
Desirable Requirements
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Working knowledge of Pix payment platform
  • Working knowledge of risk management
  • Competent in reviewing and assessing policies and procedures, systems and controls
  • Working knowledge of the Brazilian financial sector
  • Knowledge of developing KPIs and controls in fraud prevention detection and response
  • Experience delivering fraud training to internal teams
  • Desirable: working knowledge of tools such as Google Workspace, ZenDesk, Jira and Looker
