Job Description:

This role is responsible for IT South America focusing on Finance and Tax localization. As the key IT liaison for Finance teams, you will ensure alignment between business needs and technology solutions, particularly for tax / localization processes and compliance with upcoming regulations.

You will primarily support Brazil but also collaborate with teams in Argentina, Peru, and Mexico. Your main responsibilities include leading and supporting initiatives related to finance / tax localization, ensuring legal compliance and corporate standard adherence.

You will assess the availability of global IT finance options vs. local IT options, ensuring compliance to Global IT processes and governance standards. Additionally, you will champion the roll-out of global finance applications to meet local needs, and act as the liaison to prevent roadblocks or issues affecting project delivery.

Other key responsibilities include ensuring the effective application of the Global IT governance process, collecting local business needs, maintaining constant communication with Campari Group IT, and acting as the IT liaison for the Finance / Tax regional departments.

Main Objectives:

  • Support Brazil and other countries in South America
  • Lead and support initiatives related to finance / tax localization
  • Assess global vs. local IT options
  • Champion the roll-out of global finance applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a good understanding of end-to-end Finance / Tax processes, project management/leadership experience, and business transformation experience.

You should also have hands-on experience with SAP (FI or SD or MM localization), excellent problem-solving skills, out of the box thinking, and ability to engage & influence key stakeholders.

A Bachelor's Degree is required, and preferably previous experience as an IT Business Partner.
