Job Title: Strategic Financial Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to coordinate financial planning processes, ensuring strategic vision and analytical skills guide decision-making.

The ideal candidate will be capable of structuring and analyzing financial data, developing and implementing strategic plans, and maintaining effective communication with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Coordinate the development and implementation of short-term, medium-term, and long-term strategic plans.
  • Maintain relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Prepare profit and loss statements for each business unit, including necessary cost allocations.
  • Monitor strategic indicators.
Requirements:
  • Higher education in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, preferably with a postgraduate or MBA.
  • Experience in strategic planning roles within corporate groups or conglomerates.
  • Strong knowledge in financial analysis and data extraction.
  • Team management and stakeholder relationship management experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Negotiation skills and team leadership abilities.
