Job Title:
Commercial Support Professional

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Support Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing operational support for commercial activities, ensuring that trading transactions are entered correctly into relevant systems. You will work closely with traders and stakeholders to manage the life of a deal, analyze transactions, and coordinate invoicing and payments through third-party contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Back Office Support: Coordinate and operationalize Power deals to achieve the best commercial advantage for Shell's business. This involves working with traders and stakeholders to ensure that trading transactions are entered correctly into relevant systems.
- Transaction Analysis: Analyze transactions to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to optimize commercial performance.
- Quality Assurance: Act as quality assurance coordinator, ensuring that all transactions meet high standards of accuracy and completeness.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including traders, suppliers, and customers, to facilitate smooth transaction processing and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and productivity in commercial operations.
- Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics on commercial performance to inform business decisions and drive growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial support or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with ability to maintain accurate records and files.
