The role of Senior Supplier Quality Analyst is crucial in ensuring the quality of purchased parts supplied to our process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create notifications for production series items and new projects via SAP or other systems.
  • Develop inspection models for parts, conducting critical analysis of the project, identifying characteristics to be controlled.
  • Monitor the quarantine area for rejected or under-analysis parts through audits.
  • Participate in global supplier meetings to align on topics related to failure mode analysis, critical suppliers, escalation processes, and standardization of work.
  • Provide support to receiving inspectors by assisting with inspection methods, material certification analysis, evaluation of rejected items, organizing containment for nonconforming parts.
  • Send suspected defective components to the Metrology and/or Macrography Laboratory for analysis.
  • Compile monthly data on supplier complaints, overdue notifications, and evaluate PPM for each supplier.
  • Evaluate PPAP samples for dimensional measurements in the metrology or macrography laboratory.
  • Support the purchasing department in the development of new projects and suppliers.

  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Show ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Hold knowledge of quality control procedures and regulations.
