Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent negotiation and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute procurement of goods, materials, components, and services in line with defined cost, quality, and delivery parameters.
  • Monitor and manage open purchase orders to ensure timely delivery through active supplier engagement and expediting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve systemic procurement bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate project kick-off meetings with internal project management teams and external suppliers to align expectations and timelines.
  • Evaluate and implement sustainable procurement practices to reduce environmental impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record of successful procurement projects.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
