Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Compliance Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that all promotional materials comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the Copy Review process, working closely with stakeholders to optimize existing activities.
  • Ensure compliance in the promotional material approval process, including quality assurance and operational excellence.
  • Support the area manager in governance processes, providing metrics, system enhancement inputs, licenses control, and corrective and preventive actions implementation.
  • Perform quality checks of Copy Review materials submitted for review, ensuring adherence to quality standards and appropriate reviewer assignments.
  • Participate in the Promotional Material Plan of their therapeutic area to align future demand and contribute to the plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese required; English at least intermediate.
  • Minimum 1.5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry in medical affairs, regulatory, or pharmacovigilance.
