Technical Sales Advisor Role Overview

The successful candidate will serve as a key liaison between sales, product, and support teams to deliver effective technical solutions.

  • Provide domain expertise around tax reporting and compliance.
  • Maintain an expert-level understanding of the functionality and technical architecture of our products.
  • Assist in client discovery processes to identify potential challenges and ensure suitable offerings are proposed.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs, pain points, and requirements for Brazilian market compliance, aligning our solutions to address these areas.
  • Collaborate with our Sales team to design and deliver customized solution demonstrations using Sovos SaaS solutions and services.
  • Maintain and continually improve demonstration capabilities, conducting internal Sales department training, demo system props, and proposal content.
  • Support the creation of RFP and RFI responses for prospective new clients.
