Head of Data Implementations

We are seeking an exceptional professional to lead our Operations team and oversee the seamless integration of data feeds from various sources. This crucial role ensures accurate benefits experiences for our members through key data connections with healthcare carriers, continuous maintenance, and reliable claims, eligibility, and provider data.

About the Role:
  • Leadership Responsibilities: Lead a high-performing team responsible for end-to-end implementation and ongoing maintenance of data feeds from various sources.
  • Process Development: Develop and scale operational processes for data and network configuration, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and timeliness.
  • Senior Leadership: Act as the senior leader for the data implementations function, representing the team in strategic meetings with clients and partners.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success leadership to drive strategic projects and improve tooling.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the subject matter expert, guiding team members through complex troubleshooting and overseeing research and implementation of provider network configurations.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced startup, high-growth tech company, or complex organization.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience managing and developing teams, holding them accountable to performance goals and quality standards.
  • Data Fluency: Strong data fluency and analytical skills, along with a strategic mindset to learn complex systems quickly and identify opportunities for process improvement.
  • Project Management: Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills to manage difficult conversations and build strong relationships.
  • PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: Familiarity with healthcare data sets, knowledge of common data exchange tools and protocols, and proficiency with SQL and Google Sheets.
