Job Title: Director Finance

  • Accountable for cost control of business vertical through staffing analytics, direct operating cost oversight, and overall strategies.
  • Monitors monthly financial performance of business verticals reporting through the Business Development and Sales organization.
  • Develops and implements action plans in conjunction with Business Vertical President.
  • Participates as a key decision maker and strategic partner in the development and implementation of company's business strategy and operational plans.
  • Monitors performance against the plans.
  • Recommends corrective action as appropriate.
  • Participates as a key group decision maker on merger, acquisition and divestiture activities as required.
  • Evaluate financial elements of these activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting or related field (MBA/Post-graduate will be an advantage)
