Lead Visual Director

We seek a visionary Lead Visual Director to drive our creative vision and shape the visual identity of our projects. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful designs that elevate the brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Creative Leadership: Define and lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and high-quality output.
  • Idea Development: Oversee the development of creative concepts from ideation to execution, including branding, marketing campaigns, and digital experiences.
  • Team Management: Mentor and inspire a team of designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
  • Client Presentations: Present creative concepts to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating the vision and strategy.
  • Design Review: Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet brand guidelines and project goals.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in a leadership or senior design role, preferably in a fast-paced agency or startup environment.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing campaigns, and digital projects.
  • Proficiency with design software and technologies (Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
