We are seeking a seasoned Creative Director with expertise in AI-enhanced creative solutions to lead our globally distributed team.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute a compelling creative vision that aligns with customer goals and drives business impact.

In this pivotal role, you will:

  • Own the creative direction for key accounts, collaborating with cross-functional teams to shape brand expression and output.
  • Guide conceptual development and ensure alignment with customer objectives across campaigns, content, and formats.
  • Lead customer calls and creative presentations, providing clear rationale, feedback, and recommendations.
  • Champion creative quality through direction, feedback, and refinement.
  • Provide strategic guidance to creative teams across disciplines.
  • Mentor and inspire talent, fostering a culture of growth and innovation.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI and creative technologies, sharing insights to maintain our competitive edge.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in creative leadership, preferably in global agencies or fast-paced in-house teams.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative excellence across branding, presentations, and ad creative, with evidence of AI-enhanced work.
  • Experience leading customer relationships and creative delivery in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and presentation tools like PowerPoint and Keynote.
  • Hands-on experience with Generative AI tools like MidJourney, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly, with a demonstrated ability to integrate them into creative workflows.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing globally distributed team.
