Our logistics teams are dedicated to ensuring timely package delivery for customers across the globe. As part of this commitment, we are seeking a Station Leader to oversee our operations in Brazil.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of delivery stations, focusing on inbound, outbound, and sorting processes.
- Optimize and assign delivery routes to enhance efficiency during your shift.
- Engage with Amazon Customer Service to address delivery exceptions and inquiries.
- Lead the station team in executing daily tasks, including inbound processing, sorting, route assignments, and communication with suppliers.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues through thorough analysis and collaboration with various teams.
- Monitor performance metrics and conduct deep dives into any KPI discrepancies, working closely with Fulfillment Centers, Customer Service, and other operational teams.
- Support cross-training initiatives to ensure coverage for management roles as needed.
- Collaborate with the Learning team to update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
- Participate in Lean/Kaizen and other Operational Excellence programs.
- Commit to a hands-on leadership approach, maintaining strict adherence to operational processes.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Experience in a shop floor environment, such as manufacturing or logistics.
- Proven team management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in English.
