As a Healthcare Consulting Manager, you will oversee complex multi-workstream projects and manage junior team members. You will analyze data to implement performance improvement and organizational change. You will collaborate with team members and clients to align with business objectives and communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders. You will also lead and develop team members through training, supervision, and feedback.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex projects and oversee junior team members
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve performance and achieve business objectives
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align on project goals and objectives
  • Communicate effectively with project teams and stakeholders
  • Lead and develop team members through training, supervision, and feedback
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years project leadership and workplan management experience with a focus on managed care
  • 1+ years of managing the lifecycle of a payer negotiation, including contract/rate proposal, reimbursement analysis, and coordinating a broader team to support the negotiation
  • The ability to travel based on business needs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • US Work Authorization required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in a matrixed organization or cross-functional team environment
