Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Professional Practice Business Partner to join our team. This individual will serve as a key liaison between regional facilities and senior leadership, providing strategic support and guidance through various initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in healthcare quality and administration, who can analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Job Responsibilities
  • Serve as a business relationship link between regional facilities and senior leadership.
  • Deliver strategic level support and guidance through key Professional Practice initiatives.
  • Provide oversight and advisory responsibilities to regional functions of provider services.
  • Responsible for regional functions of implementation of Sanford privileging guidelines.
  • Facilitate provider peer review and ongoing professional practice evaluation.
  • Provide regular communication, updates, and recommendations to regional clinical and operational leadership.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably from a nationally accredited nursing program.
  • Five years clinical experience, two years of experience in health care quality and/or administration.
