Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Solutions Architect to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing technical solutions expertise to customers and their end users in a consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop complete solutions to meet the requirements/specifications of the customer.
  • Maintain new and current technical expertise across many technologies, such as data center, virtualization, security, mobility, unified communication, and cloud solutions.
  • Provide internal and external technical presentations and training.
  • Act as a visionary for recommending strategic vendors to enhance TD SYNNEX's line card.
  • Work with sales to identify new or existing customers for specific technologies.
  • Assist in determining developmental needs of other technical resources and provide training and/or mentoring as required.
Requirements
  • Proven leadership experience in understanding and presenting the value proposition of IT solutions and products.
  • Three years or more of proven experience working as pre-sales specialist or IT architect for security solutions.
  • Experience working with hybrid multicloud environments.
  • Knowledge of the IT infrastructure alternatives with servers, virtual machines, and containers.
  • Knowledge of information security governance process.
  • Knowledge of technological platforms such as SOAR, Threat Intelligence and SIEM.
  • Good communications skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Comfortable with the use of digital media and digital content creation.
  • Self-learning.
  • Work experience with an enterprise product vendor like IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.
  • Experience with the IT solution sizing and pricing process.
  • Good knowledge about cloud solutions and their adoption.
  • Knowledge of IBM Cloud Paks products.
  • Good understanding of IT containers platforms, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Openshift.
  • Experience with Incident Response - CSIRT.
  • Practical experience within a SOC - Security Operation Center.
  • Knowledge of security and technologies in Cloud.
  • Five years or more playing the IT architect role, understanding business problems and defining IT solutions for them.
