The Global Customer Success (GCS) team is at the forefront of transforming customer experiences by developing support offerings, leading digital advancements, and ensuring operational excellence.
The GCS International CSU unit is on the lookout for a Cloud Security Solutions Architect (CSA) who will focus on driving security transformations for our clients using Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 Platforms. In this pivotal role, you will represent the company to our strategic global clients, helping them maximize their investments in Microsoft through architectural guidance, implementation support, and operational health initiatives.
This role offers the flexibility to work remotely up to 100% of the time, although regular customer visits will be required.

QualificationsEssential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND a minimum of 4 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field AND at least 8 years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, IT consulting/support, systems administration, network operations, software development/support, technology solutions, practice development, architecture, and/or consulting, or a Master's Degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience.
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- 4+ years of experience in technical project management.
- Technical Certification in Cloud technologies.
- Expertise in foundational AI, architectural design, and security.
- Ability to learn new cloud security technologies and understand relevant market trends, including knowledge of competitive cloud security platforms.
- Subject Matter Expertise in security solutions such as Threat Protection, SIEM, Incident Response, and more.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Portuguese and Spanish is a plus.
Customer Focus:
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction and establish yourself as a trusted advisor.
- Gather and provide insights from customers and partners.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer to share insights and best practices, collaborating with Global Security teams at Microsoft.
- Develop a comprehensive value proposition for Security, focusing on areas such as Zero Trust.
Business Impact:
- Position and deliver solutions that drive the usage of Security products and develop opportunities for Customer Success.
- Identify and resolve customer challenges by leveraging subject matter expertise.
- Enhance the overall Business Value of Security adoption by ensuring a 'Secure by Design' framework.
Technical Leadership:
- Align personal skills with team and Customer Success goals.
- Share expertise and contribute to the creation of intellectual property to accelerate customer outcomes.
- Conduct Architectural Design Sessions to formulate implementation plans that align with customer business objectives.
- Collaborate with other Cloud Solution Architects and Microsoft stakeholders to develop comprehensive Enterprise solutions.
