We are seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Specialist to join our team.
Job Description- Elicit and document requirements, map processes, and define acceptance criteria.
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Map delivery and invoice processing flow, integrating entry (app) and exit (EDI) points.
- Document integrations, data formats, and business rules.
- Define proof of concept success metrics and criteria.
- Create test cases and perform functional validation in the final phase.
- Report defects and monitor their fixes with the technical team.
- Experience as a business analyst in mobility and/or systems integration projects.
- Knowledge of agile methods and management tools (Jira, Azure Boards).
- Ability to develop test cases and validate functional requirements.
- Advantage: experience with OCR, EDI, or logistics.
