We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Insights Specialist to join our team and contribute to our data-driven decision-making process.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies;
- Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and communicate results effectively to senior leaders;
- Design and implement data intelligence solutions, including data analysis, reporting, and dashboarding of key metrics and KPIs.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or related field;
- Possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively;
- Demonstrate exceptional data storytelling skills and the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical audiences;
- Show strategic thinking, collaboration, and engagement with senior stakeholders;
- Be highly driven, proactive, and adaptable to changing business demands;
- Have advanced proficiency in SQL, MS-Excel, and Google Sheets, with working experience with Microsoft Power BI or other dashboarding tools a plus;
- Fluent in English.
