  • This role involves integrating directly into the team and working alongside existing designers and engineers on a daily basis.
About the Job Requirements
  • Professional software development experience of at least 3 years is required.
  • Advanced English skills are necessary.
  • A four-year college degree is required for this position.
  • The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Java development, with a solid foundation in object-oriented programming and core Java principles.
  • Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot is also required.
  • Solid experience with SQL databases and query optimization is necessary.
  • Practical experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes, or similar) is a must.
  • Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows is expected.
  • Practical experience across the full software development lifecycle, with a track record of delivering scalable, maintainable solutions, is required.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize applications, are essential.
  • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React or Vue.js) or backend frameworks (Node.js) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms is also a plus.
  • The ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed is required.
  • The ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications is essential.
  • Forensic attention to detail is necessary.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude are required.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams is preferred.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems is also preferred.
  • The ability to take extreme ownership over your work is essential.
  • The ability to identify with the goals of our clients, and dedicate yourself to delivering on the commitments you and your team make to them, is required.
  • The ability to consistently work 40 hours per week is necessary.
