- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture, utilizing clear goals and objective setting to help the team succeed.
Requirements:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for working in a collaborative environment.
- Leadership skills with experience leading or managing people in a previous situation.
- Good attention to detail, comfortable using data to analyze performance and using insight to drive performance.
- Driven and self-motivated with a desire to continually improve.
- Availability to work on overnight shifts: 21h to 5h.
