Job Description

We are looking for a talented and proactive Content Manager with proven experience working with Amazon Prime Video. The main focus of this role will be managing and optimizing our presence on Amazon Prime.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our video distribution on Amazon Prime Video (core priority).
  • Support and expand YouTube and TikTok channels, with a focus on kids' animated content.
  • Publish and optimize videos: write compelling titles, descriptions, tags, and design engaging thumbnails.
  • Repurpose existing content into Shorts, clips, and edits for TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
  • Conduct basic video editing using tools like CapCut, iMovie, or similar.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (views, CTR, audience retention, etc.) across platforms to inform content strategy.
  • Stay up to date with trends and adapt publishing accordingly.
  • Research competitors and generate concise reports and presentations on performance and experiments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with Amazon Prime Video (essential).
  • 1+ year of experience managing YouTube and/or TikTok channels (desirable, not mandatory).
  • Strong understanding of video SEO and platform algorithms.
  • Proficiency with YouTube Studio (uploading, formatting, built-in tools) is a plus.
  • Experience using VidIQ, Google Trends, or similar analytics tools.
  • Confident with light video editing and repurposing formats.
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to read data and adapt content accordingly.
  • Comfortable preparing and presenting structured reports in Google Sheets and Slides.
