Job Responsibilities- This role involves being a solutions expert and trusted advisor to clients, focusing on maintaining and strengthening client relationships, supporting implementation, and providing high-quality service and support.
- You will collaborate with the Sales Team to introduce our products and solutions to prospects, develop tailored presentations, create business and technical content, and offer support to partners.
- Prepare product demonstrations, comprehend technical environments, technology landscapes, business requirements, and evaluation scopes, serving as a trusted tech advisor for customers and teams.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales engineering, or Support engineering in B2B enterprise Software/SaaS/payments industry is needed.
- Proficiency in HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL is essential.
- Strong customer focus, ability to manage priorities, and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment are crucial.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude, able to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
