Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Grupo Mateus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interface with all departments and administrative areas to ensure smooth operations;
  • Ensure compliance with administrative routines and rules, reporting to the Store and Operational Management;
  • Control and verify technical documentation management;
  • Acknowledge and direct fiscalizations, notifications, and other areas responsible;
  • Analyze expenses and financial reports to ensure results;
  • Work closely with the Maintenance Technician to ensure the operationality of the machinery park;
  • Acknowledge, control, and purchase of supplies: packaging, uniforms, PPE, and office materials;
  • Acknowledge and support the goals and routines of all departments;
  • Perform administrative routine checklists.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Business Management, or related fields;
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Office;
  • Leadership experience;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Interpersonal relationships;
  • Availability of schedules and travel.
