As a commercial leader in the pharmaceutical and supplement industries, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth through portfolio management, distributor engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Pharma and Supplements portfolios aligned with global objectives and regional market dynamics.
- Manage and expand the LATAM customer base with a strong emphasis on the End Use Market for pharma and supplements.
- Lead distributor strategy and performance management to ensure effective market coverage and growth.
- Collaborate closely with the São Paulo-based manufacturing plant to align operations with commercial needs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Logistics, Production, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution and innovation delivery.
- Identify and develop opportunities leveraging Kerry's horizontal platforms for the pharma and supplements market.
- Support pricing strategies, margin management, and commercial governance.
- Provide market intelligence and insights to inform strategic decisions and innovation pipelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, preferably in the pharmaceutical or supplement sectors.
- Proven track record in LATAM market development and distributor management.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic planning capabilities.
