The role involves managing creative workflows, maintaining brand quality standards, and ensuring timely delivery of assets. This includes reviewing and proofing ad creatives for grammar, spelling, and brand tone, monitoring client calendars for upcoming sales or campaigns, and managing asset requests to ensure designers have the resources they need.
- Review and proof all static and video ad creatives for accuracy and brand consistency.
- Monitor client calendars for upcoming sales, launches, or campaigns; ensure required assets are in the workflow and delivered on time.
- Manage asset requests and ensure designers or team members have the resources they need to complete tasks.
Team Coordination & Communication: The Associate Creative Strategist will also be responsible for verifying daily client call notes, following up with team members via Slack if missing, reviewing post-meeting follow-up emails to identify action items, and escalating unanswered messages to leadership.
- Verify that daily client call notes are generated; follow up with team members via Slack if missing.

- Assign tasks in project management tools and follow up with designers, copywriters, and account managers to ensure deadlines are met.
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, creative project coordination, or a similar role (agency experience a plus).
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written communication skills for reviewing and editing copy.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, etc.), Slack, and Google Workspace.
