Job Title

IA Operations Executive - a challenging role for someone who combines their customer service skills and techniques to build artificial intelligence assistants.

Responsibilities:
  • Carry out the onboarding of new accounts received by the team, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Follow up with productive clients to explore new use cases, communicate new functionalities, and assist them with the growth of their business through our tool.
  • Provide technical support to clients on the AI built, resolving any issues that may arise and ensuring they are satisfied with the solution.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Customer Experience roles or technical support, demonstrating expertise in communication and problem-solving.
  • Ability to analyze data and use it in making customer-oriented decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Practical experience in creating and managing JSONs, showcasing technical skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Knowledge of process automation, preferably with experience using Zapier, streamlining processes and increasing efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a team and adapt to dynamic and changing environments, collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
