Exciting Career Opportunity for IA Operations Executive
This is a unique chance to become part of our operations team as an IA Operations Executive.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of customer service principles and a passion for technology and artificial intelligence.
We are looking for someone who can onboard new accounts, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboard new accounts, ensuring seamless integration with our clients' businesses
- Engage with productive clients to explore new use cases, communicate feature updates, and facilitate business growth through our AI tool
- Provide technical support to clients on our AI solutions
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles or technical support
- Data analysis skills with a focus on customer-oriented decision-making
- Experience creating and managing JSONs
- Familiarity with process automation, preferably with Zapier
- Strong teamwork and adaptability skills
- Passion for technology, innovation, and artificial intelligence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
