This role involves working as a Cyber Security Specialist, managing endpoint security, antivirus solutions, secure email communication, VPN platforms, and Network Access Control.
The ideal candidate will have experience with endpoint security tools such as Endpoint Central, Sophos Antivirus, Aruba ClearPass, Mimecast, and Forti EMS.
- Responsibilities:
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing endpoint security, installing software, deploying patches, managing encryption, and protecting against cyber threats.
- You will work with various tools to ensure the security of endpoints, networks, and data.
- Mandatory Skills:
- Proven experience with endpoint management tools such as Endpoint Central or similar.
- Strong expertise in Sophos Antivirus and endpoint encryption solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass NAC for managing secure network access.
- Familiarity with Forti EMS for VPN client management and secure remote access.
- Solid understanding of endpoint security, malware protection, and network access control principles.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve endpoint, email, and network-related issues.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation is a plus.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001, or NIST is desirable.
- Experience with Windows 7 ESU and managing legacy systems.
- Familiarity with other endpoint security tools and secure VPN platforms.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
