Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled endpoint management professional to maintain and secure corporate devices. This remote position requires a technical expert with a strong focus on automation, efficiency, and reducing contact time while ensuring compliance across multiple security frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain, patch, and ensure compliance for Windows and macOS endpoints using advanced automation tools
  • Develop and implement scripts to reduce manual processes and minimize end-user contact time
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex endpoint issues with minimal escalation
  • Execute patch management cycles and ensure timely deployment across all devices
  • Implement endpoint security policies and procedures as defined by senior management
  • Monitor endpoint health metrics and proactively identify areas for improvement
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for endpoint configurations and processes
  • Collaborate with security and IT teams on endpoint protection initiatives
  • Participate in incident response for endpoint-related security events
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of hands-on endpoint management experience
  • Strong proficiency with advanced endpoint management platforms
  • Experience managing both Windows and macOS environments
  • Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell and Python for automation
  • Solid understanding of patch management, software deployment, and configuration management
  • Experience with security compliance requirements
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Qualifications
  • CISSP or equivalent security certification
  • CEH or equivalent cybersecurity certification
