Lead Mechanical Modeler

We're looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical Modeler to join our team. As a key member of our modeling team, you will be responsible for supervising and mentoring modelers, ensuring adherence to best practices, project standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have advanced modeling capabilities with solid experience overseeing documentation workflows, driving cross-disciplinary coordination, and proactively addressing complex technical challenges. This role calls for a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to lead with confidence and clarity.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • A mechanical or civil engineering bachelors degree is essential.
  • +5 years of experience using Revit and Navisworks for large-scale MEP projects is required.
  • Skilled in QAQC, with the ability to anticipate issues by leveraging team members' strengths and weaknesses is necessary.
  • Strong understanding of project end-to-end scope, kick-off and setup, requirements, applicable standards, and all related technical documentation is required.
  • Experience managing project budgets with a focus on cost control and alignment with project objectives is desired.
  • Excellent communicational skills are needed.
