Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Manager to lead our organization's search engine optimization strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective SEO plans, conducting thorough audits, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies that align with business objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducting in-depth SEO audits and delegating implementation tasks to specialized team members.
  • Overseeing and refining keyword strategies, on-page optimization plans, and backlink profiles to drive organic traffic and rankings.
  • Collaborating with the content team to create SEO-focused content strategies, ensure high-quality copy, and identify opportunities to enhance rankings and conversions.
  • Analyzing performance data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other tools; delivering actionable insights and regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Monitoring Google algorithm updates and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinating with project managers, developers, and designers to ensure SEO best practices are implemented site-wide.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience as an SEO Manager or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a relevant field.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Deep understanding of search engine optimization (SEO) principles.
  • Google Analytics Certified.
  • Proficient in industry tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or equivalent.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and present findings clearly.
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
