We're looking for a seasoned scheduling expert to join our team as a Project Planner.

As a key member of our project delivery unit, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules that meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to align project timelines and resource allocation.
  • Utilize project management software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project to create accurate and up-to-date project schedules.
  • Interface with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary project data and ensure seamless communication.
  • Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the baseline, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Prepare regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Facilitate planning meetings and workshops to ensure stakeholder alignment and goal achievement.
  • Evaluate compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
