We are seeking a talented individual with strong leadership skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence in our Development Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create detailed test cases, design comprehensive test plans, and automate tests to verify product functionality.
  2. Collaborate with developers, Product Owners & Scrum Masters to review product requirements and ensure alignment.
  3. Manage and track Bugs and Enhancements via JIRA and relevant tools.
  4. Analyze product defects, develop strategies to prevent them, and implement process improvements.
  5. Develop and execute Test Automation strategies, creating API Level Automated Test Scripts using various technologies and tools.
Requirements:
  1. 7+ years of experience in automated testing, with a focus on automation frameworks and tooling.
  2. Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  3. Expertise in Design Patterns and their application in software development.
  4. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including cloud computing and containerization.
  5. Experience with Security best practices and compliance.
  6. Familiarity with large-scale application development and integration.
  7. Detailed understanding of Backend and Frontend development areas, including coding reviews and CI/CD pipelines.
  8. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  9. Experience leading teams, allocating tasks, identifying risks, making decisions, estimating tasks, managing conflicts, and planning.
