The Facilities Operations Manager oversees office-related matters to deliver high-quality service to personnel. This includes ensuring adequate office spaces, monitoring suppliers to meet internal and local regulations, and implementing standard procedures for stakeholder treatment.
To optimize costs, the Facilities Operations Manager must implement a strategy to reduce expenses for office facilities, prepare budgets for approval, and produce reports on achievements and recommendations. Additionally, they will educate the team on cost reduction approaches.
The Facilities Operations Manager serves as the official point of contact for office safety matters with local authorities, implements health and safety measures aligned with local requirements, and trains the team on safety protocols.
This role requires a bachelor's degree, advanced English proficiency, experience in facilities management, and people management skills. The Facilities Operations Manager must be able to work effectively in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office spaces to ensure optimal utilization and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs for office facilities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for office safety matters with local authorities.
- Train the team on safety protocols and best practices.
