The role of Senior Operations Manager is a key position within our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a team of people, labor, Information Technology, facilities, and subcontractors.
This senior-level position plays a critical part in ensuring the effective operation of our Off-site Facilitation Center (OFC). The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the entire OFC operations, implementing visa application processes, providing accurate reports, recruiting, training, and managing staff, addressing performance issues, managing all facility-related matters, and representing the Operations Manager when needed.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the entire OFC operations and ensure effective management of resources.
- Implement visa application processes to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on OFC operations and performance.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff to support OFC operations.
- Address performance issues and develop/implement corrective actions.
- Manage all facility-related matters, including physical and personnel security.
- Represent the Operations Manager when necessary.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team of people, labor, Information Technology, facilities, and subcontractors.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
- Ability to pass security background investigations.
