About the Role

As a Transport Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and supporting day-to-day transport needs, ensuring compliance with operational standards and transport service quality.

A Day in the Life
  • Proactive outbound control in close cooperation with transport coordinators, DC outbound, stores and carriers
  • Providing on-site training and support to transport systems users
  • Coordinating and aligning with related departments on operational SOPs for new services or initiatives
  • Reporting KPIs and deviating routes that need adjusting with stakeholders in DC and transport operations
  • Monitoring and coordinating transport unit flows throughout the region and/or within assigned markets
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operational transport processes serving online and store channels
  • Business needs from sales side for online and store channels
  • Solid overview of regional transport operations to serve brand needs
  • Pronounced transport focus and commercial sense to best serve requirements
  • Inclusive and empathetic towards others while encouraging diversity
Requirements:
  • Deep expertise in operational transport processes
  • Strong understanding of business needs
  • Solid overview of regional transport operations
  • Pronounced transport focus and commercial sense
  • Fluency in English and basic knowledge of local language required
