Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion Strategy:
- Conduct thorough market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity;
- Develop and implement comprehensive regional sales strategies;
- Identify and acquire new customers, including distributors, agents, and end clients;
- Participate in international exhibitions and business meetings to drive brand localization.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts and strategic partners;
- Conduct regular client visits to address business challenges and ensure smooth cooperation;
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure prompt customer support, including order fulfillment and complaint resolution.
- Headquarters Liaison:
- Collaborate closely with headquarters or regional offices, providing regular market updates and sales reports.
Qualifications:
- Resident in the local market: Must reside in the target market country with strong knowledge of local language, culture, and business environment; professional English business communication required;
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience in medical devices, pet healthcare, pet products, or in-vitro diagnostics (IVD) preferred; candidates with strong interpersonal and sales skills from other industries will also be considered;
- Industry Connections: Direct access to local pet hospitals, veterinary chains, diagnostic labs, distributors, or agents preferred; proven sales success is a plus;
- Self-Starter: Ability to independently develop the market, acquire clients, execute sales plans, and meet performance targets with support from headquarters.
