Civil Draughtsman Design Professional

Our team seeks a skilled draughtsman to support the design team by translating conceptual sketches and technical data into accurate CAD drawings.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed architectural and structural drawings for building construction projects.
  • Develop general arrangement (GA) drawings, foundation plans, sections, elevations, and detail drawings.
  • Collaborate on the development of structural layouts, floor plans, and utility networks.
  • Update and revise designs based on feedback from engineers, architects, or site observations.
  • Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, design standards, and project specifications.
  • Maintain organized and version-controlled drawing files within the design department.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines (electrical, mechanical) to ensure design integration and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD; Revit, Civil 3D, or other BIM tools are highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of construction methods, site logistics, and temporary works.
